Prior to entering the wonderful world of real estate sales, I used my degree in Civil Engineering working at an architectural aluminum framing company in Dallas. Some of my high-profile projects include the Aladdin Casino Resort, the Bellagio Resort & Casino, the Computer Associates Headquarters, the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington and the International Plaza in Dallas. While at this company, my manager/owner recognized my creative talents and created a department just for me: Business Development. There I applied my natural gifts in sales and marketing to help expand the company. I credit my success in real estate sales to the real-world education I learnt while at this company.

I have never been comfortable with pushy salespeople and therefore I do not apply that strategy in my own business. I will give my honest opinion (I know I owe my clients and myself at least that much), but will never push you just so that I can make a sale. Throughout my real estate career, I have worked with clients who were not quite ready to purchase a new home, but I was willing and able to work with them, getting them ready for the time when they were ready for their own American dream. I have also assisted out-of-town buyers and sellers, as well as sellers in various stages of financial distress.
I am also an experienced real estate investor and landlord. Alongside my real estate investor client, I assist in analyzing the investment potential of a property and I understand how to protect your bottom line. I strive to minimize risk and maximize profits. I developed my own network of honest contractors and other service providers that earned myself a position as a valuable resource in the investor community.
