Nope, it's not a foreclosure and it was sold 12 days on the market.

On the other hand, the most expensive estate in Frisco TX was $1.25 million, 5-bedroom, 7 bathrooms, almost 10,000 square feet, a custom home in the Stonebriar Country Club Estates of West Frisco Texas. It took 81 days to sell - which is not a true reflection of the luxury home market out here in Frisco TX.

It is no doubt that Frisco TX Home buyers and sellers can find information readily available on websites such as Trulia, Zillow, Zip Realty, etc. My word of caution is that every house you buy or sell has its own market opinion of its value. You really could not say, for January 2009, the across-the-board price for Frisco Texas was $85 per square feet. This information actually means nothing for one particular home you plan to buy or sell.

Frisco Texas homes come in all shapes, sizes and forms. The $85/sq.ft. price could be accurate for the neighborhood you are looking at but then again, as a general buyer or seller, you would not know this information until someone break the information down into relevant information. A run-down home may not be worth $85/sq.ft., and a luxury custom designed house may be ALOT more than $85/sq.ft. So, then again, while I understand that Frisco TX home buyers and sellers are doing their due diligence in preparing for the Frisco Texas home markets, I strongly encourage you to speak to a local market expert about the specific home or neighborhood.
